Told the gentleman im front of me after sale that he could not buy bags for his large inventory of items. Was 'Too Late' and laughed at him. Also told people they were not allowed to transfer to her line. I picked up an item from tje sale rack amd was told mot items on the rack were on sale. All items were, in fact, 16.99 plus tax.
